  • What changed with the renewed Club One program?

    Club One has been upgraded to offer a more personal and rewarding experience. Key changes include:

    • New personal Club One account numbers
    • Individual level tracking based on spending
    • A new top tier: Platinum
    • Simplified Points earning
    • Redesigned Family Group feature
    • The introduction of Trip Rewards, a new way to unlock perks based on how often you travel
  • Why do I now have a personal Club One account number?

    Your new personal account number opens the door to a more personalized and rewarding experience. It allows us to introduce exciting new features like Trip Rewards – offering great benefits based on how often you travel – as well as the new Platinum level and upgraded tier benefits. A personal account is what makes all this possible.

  • Do I need to take any action to continue using my account after the update?

    No action is needed. Your account will be updated automatically, and you can continue using it as before. Just remember: after the update, you have a personal Club One account number, so be sure to use this number going forward.

  • How can I view my new Club One account number?

    You can see your new number by logging in to your account on the Tallink Silja Line website or in the mobile app. It will also appear in every marketing email we send – just make sure you’re subscribed to receive Club One offers.

  • Does my old Club One account number still work?

    With the renewed program, all members now have personal Club One account numbers, and the old household account numbers are no longer in use. All your bookings and transactions have been automatically transferred to your new account, so there’s nothing you need to do. Your new personal Club One account number is now used to track your Points, Level, and travel activity.

  • Will my Points change with the new program?

    Your Points balance remained unchanged during the transition. You can continue using your Points as before, and their expiration period remains the same. If you have a booking made before 28.10.2025, you will still earn Points according to the old program’s earning rules. Bookings and purchases made after 28.10.2025 follow the new earning rules.

  • How were my previous level points converted in the new program?

    When the renewed Club One program launched, your old level point balance was converted to the new system by dividing your level points by 30. This ensured a fair transition from the previous system to the new euro-based level tracking.

    Example: If you had 45,000 level points before the update, they were converted to 1,500 € of qualifying spending, which secured you Gold level in the new program.

  • Has my membership level changed with the renewal of Club One on October 28, 2025?

    We updated your membership level to an equivalent or higher level in the renewed program – no one was downgraded. Your level validity and Tracking Period remain the same. Former Bronze members were moved to the new entry level Club. Some Silver members were upgraded to Gold and some Gold members to Platinum, depending on their Qualifying Spending.

    Your level is now always individual and based on your personal Qualifying Spending. If you were part of a Household account, it has automatically been converted into a Family Group – and all adult members received their own individual account with the level that matched the Household account’s previous level. Household members under 18 received a Junior Account and remain at Club level.

  • How are Points, Levels and Trips earned from bookings made before 28.10.2025?

    If your Club One account number is linked to a booking made before 28.10.2025, you will still earn Points according to the old program’s earning rules.

    These bookings will also contribute to your level progress under the new system, with spending converted accordingly.

    However, Trip Rewards are only earned from bookings made on or after 28.10.2025, and earlier bookings do not count toward your trip total.

  • What if I don’t agree with the new program? Can I cancel my membership?

    Yes, if you don’t want to continue with the renewed Club One program, you may close your account at any time by contacting Customer Service. If you continue using the program, the new rules and features apply to you automatically from 28.10.2025.
